Women's Desires: Stories from the Second Half of Life" is a book-in-progress by Judith Pierce Rosenberg. The book is a collection of interviews with women over 45 talking frankly about desire, sex, love, relationships, aging, the body, and how their thoughts, feelings and experiences of these issues have changed over time. In order to represent the diversity of women's lives, the author is looking to include women with diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, marital status, and geographic locations. This book takes an upbeat, positive tone to the topic of older women's sexuality but also will include stories of women who have overcome such challenges as breast cancer, a partner's prostate cancer, widowhood, divorce, sexual abuse/domestic violence.
